Boxes and volumes
Identify boxes in storage rooms, garages, stockrooms and moves without writing the whole description outside.
Struckel Labels connects physical identification and digital lookup in a free tool for boxes, files, volumes and stored materials.
The printed label keeps only what matters: number, QR Code, title, date, next review and location. That keeps it readable instead of turning it into a miniature form.
The full description, status, storage time and review information stay in the digital view. You get a clean physical label and a richer browser record.
Enter title, location, description, date and, if useful, the next review. You can prepare one or several labels in the same operation.
Each record receives its own number and QR Code. Supported physical sizes are 60 × 30 mm, 100 × 50 mm and 100 × 150 mm.
Scan the QR to see the label content without hunting through spreadsheets, notebooks or loose notes.
Track status, storage time, last review and next check to keep contents under control over time.
Identify boxes in storage rooms, garages, stockrooms and moves without writing the whole description outside.
Organize documents, folders and stored files with location and review dates.
Register stored items, parts, tools and equipment with quick QR access.
Apply the same standard to support stock, back office, maintenance, archives and administrative materials.
The visible label number is not the public access key. The public page uses a random, non-enumerable token and does not expose internal IDs or personal data in the QR. Administrative access remains separate.
The QR points to a random identifier instead of an easily enumerable sequential URL.
The free edition works without user registration, login or password.
The device that created a label may retain local references to reopen recent records.
The system uses lightweight persistence and does not need to permanently store generated PDFs or QR images.
Good for smaller boxes, folders and objective identification.
More room for visual hierarchy while remaining compact.
For larger volumes, distance reading and a prominent QR.
Create labels, connect each item to its digital record and keep contents organized over time.
